Role Responsibilities:
* Monitor and Respond to Alerts: Oversee alerts from the Building Management System (BMS) and respond promptly to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate Vendor Maintenance: Manage vendor activities for both routine and emergency maintenance on critical infrastructure.
* Facility and HVAC Oversight: Conduct regular checks on HVAC systems and facility equipment to maintain optimal functioning.
* Proactive Alert Management: Address alerts proactively to prevent downtime and uphold high safety and reliability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in data center or building management engineering roles.
* Q99 or Q01 certification from New York City is mandatory.
* HVAC and BMS technical skills, with experience in monitoring and maintaining these systems.
* Vendor management experience, ensuring adherence to maintenance and troubleshooting protocols.
