As aHome Manager at Fleetwood Hall your role willinvolve:

Rolerequirements:
* Minimum of 2years’ experience as a CQC Registered Home Manager ineither a nursing home or residential setting for olderadults/dementia care
* Ability to work to financialKPIs
* Comprehensive knowledge andunderstanding of CQC requirements and all other relevant care homelegislation
* NVQ/QCF level 5 or higher
Thesuccessful candidate will assume full accountability for theoperational performance of the Home and be expected to develop andmaintain excellent working partnerships with the local authorityoutside agencies and within the local community with a view toconsistently achieving excellent occupancy levels as aresult.
Applicants must be experiencedHome Managers with a relevant management qualification andsignificant proven experience of successfully running care homes.
Furthermore applicants shouldideally have previous experience of managing within dementia caresettings whilst at the same time being commercially aware proactiveindividuals with excellent administration skills. A proven abilityto recruit lead and effectively manage competent and motivatedstaff teams is also an essential requirement of this role.
