GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Multi Utility Project Manager (Post Award) who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
As the Multi Utility Project Manager (Post Award) your key responsibilities are:
1. Leadership of the offsite enabling works team consisting of Post Award Programme Lead and Nominated Designer for the projects assigned.
2. Ensuring proactive management of Post Award processes, including facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders within agreed timescales from acceptance of a new contract to GTC and throughout the programme of delivery.
3. Co-ordination of the physical off-site works required by various contractors.
4. Target cost v out turn cost monitoring on all projects in conjunction with the Project Finance Team.
5. Handover of the project to the On-Site MU Project Manager when all utilities are commissioned.
6. Accountable for producing and updating a Project Programme for your portfolio of projects.
7. Accountable for all Health and Safety matters relating to the Installation and working of all networks, including all incident investigation, and reporting, including closure of corrective actions.
About you:
1. Experience in the Utility environment and working knowledge of current Legislation, Technical Standards & Specifications, Codes of Practice and Recommendations relating to all Gas, Electricity, Fibre & Water Distribution Systems.
2. NRSWA Supervisory Card.
3. SHEA card.
4. Knowledge in Multi Utility New Housing Works.
5. Experience in Project and Program Management for a portfolio of works.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
8. Full UK Driving Licence.
