About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in a brand new role at Vanquish Fitness. With the Head of Digital, you’ll work on our paid advertising efforts across Google and YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. The main responsibilities include optimising and implementing campaigns, producing reports, and ensuring that our digital marketing strategies align with our business growth targets and performance KPIs, in collaboration with the Head of Digital.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work with the Head of Digital on the day-to-day optimisation of Google and YouTube, Meta, and TikTok ads to ensure optimal performance, and working on new in-platform opportunities.
· Execute paid media strategies to drive efficient ROAS. Work to CPA targets for both new and existing customers.
· Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on core KPIs. Monitor and track growth metrics, making data-driven recommendations.
· Collaborate with Brand Marketing team to share insights on creative performance.
· Identify social media trends and top performing influencers to grow creative asset groups productively.
· Build brand awareness for our collections and new arrivals.
· Implement acquisition and retention strategies to drive sales and new customer growth.
· Stay up-to-date with current Marketing and eCommerce industry best practice,
· Work with CRM, e-Com, and Brand Marketing teams to increase overall business performance.
About You
· 2+ Years experience with paid media in-house or for an agency, preferably specialising in DTC retail.
· Analytically minded with great attention to detail. A track record of growing paid media programmes and business revenue efficiently.
· A quick learner who can process information, prioritise and create actions.
Experience using the below is essential, however, partial experience will be considered:
· TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google Ads
Desirable experience:
· Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Centre, Google Tag
