TRG have a fantastic new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator within Central Services at our global HQ in Newcastle, UK! This role is an integral part of our Business Support back office function, responsible for processing internal payrolls. It involves processing new starters, leavers, pay changes and all global timesheets within our payroll systems/processes. Ensuring all employees are paid on time for each critical pay period. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will thrive in a small, successful team. Working alongside current admins to ensure all payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently. Responding to queries and resolving any issues raised in a professional and timely matter. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are key to success. What we’re looking for?
· Prior Payroll experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided
· 1+ years Payroll/Finance/ Customer Service/ Business related administrative skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling sensitive/confidential data is a plus
· Detail orientated, deadline driven, organised, flexible, positive & a problem solver

What you'll be doing?
Processing all payroll data, adhering to set individual/team KPI’s:
* Processing all timesheet data accurately and on time.
* Respond/resolve all queries in line with the set SLA’s.
* Assisting TL/Senior Payroll Admin with ad hoc tasks.
* Tracking pension changes and issuing documents.
* Calculating and managing overpayments.
* Raising payments.
* Supporting on projects
The successful candidate will be a perfectionist, paying attention to detail to produce highly accurate results. They will be analytical with an ambition to problem solve. They will act with professionalism, remaining confidential at all times, bearing in mind the nature of the data that they are dealing with. Excellent customer services skills with a confident yet empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive queries. They will follow stringent processes without deviation, appreciating the importance of each step and its impact. They will work well towards deadlines and be adaptable within a fast paced environment. A team player who is happy to help other individuals when needed but can also work well independently and be relied up to complete a time based workload.
