Your Future, Fuelled by Innovation
As our Development Chemist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to both existing and new customers within our Inhibitors business. You will collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting research and development to innovate and improve our inhibitor products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry. Additionally, you will provide expert advice on the application and performance of our products, helping customers optimize their processes and achieve their goals. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
You will be providing laboratory support for the Inhibitors business, including (but not limited to) product efficacy testing and process analysis, together with assisting in research towards developing new products furthering the understanding of polymerisation mechanisms. You will also provide technical sales support, such as assisting in the facilitation of live product trials. You will contribute to the collation, analysis, interpretation, communication and dissemination of test data ensuring that all work is carried out within the laboratory conforms to the relevant safety legislation.
Could This Be You?
You will be a graduate in Chemistry or other related area. You will have proven laboratory skills. You will be a good communicator and have excellent report writing and time management skills. You will also have proficient Microsoft Office skills.
