About the Role
Permanent (based in Windermere)
9 hours per week, 3 evenings (5pm-8pm or 6pm-9pm)
£11.65 per hour
To carry out general cleaning duties as required.
To undertake training in use of chemicals, materials and equipment.
To be able to work as an individual but also as a part of the team.
To work safely within Lakeland H&S policy at all times.
Being passionate about the Lakeland brand, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole company journey.
Upholding and demonstrating the Lakeland values and behaviours at all times.
About You
Essential – the ‘must haves’
A professional approach to work and the ability to receive, understand and carry out tasks to meet the day-to-day needs of the department.
Excellent communication and listening skills, able to positively participate within a team.
The ability to work under pressure.
Able to use initiative and have an attention to detail.
Ability to determine neatness, accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
Desirable – the ‘nice to haves’
Experience of working in a cleaning or facilities role.
Experience of working within a warehousing, office or store environment.
Existing knowledge of Lakeland products.
