SALARY: Up to £26,393 pro rata + Excellent Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Hybrid role based both from the office in Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11) and from home

Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation's housing services.
The Administrator / Administrative Assistant role is a dynamic one that requires a proactive approach to improving team efficiency and supporting operational goals. You will report to the Housing Admin Manager and the Executive Director of Operations.
DUTIES
1. Organising and documenting meetings
2. Monitoring and maintaining essential supplies
3. Facilitating effective communication across teams
4. Assist with the preparation of formal reports
5. Handle regulatory and governance-related tasks
6. Provide administrative support for inspections, complaints, and financial processes
