With passion, dedication, vision, and enthusiasm, coupled with a wealth of experience in Estates, IT operations, and Health & Safety, you will have a broad set of skills in strategic and operational management. Your experience in leading and implementing change and improvement will inspire confidence with the Executive Team, staff, and stakeholders.
You will need to have senior level experience in Estates, IT Operations, and Health and Safety in an NHS or similarly complex environment. You will have successfully implemented large scale organisational change and have considerable experience of developing and implementing long term strategies, policies, and procedures which ensure the organisation remains safe and business continuity plans are in place.
You will need to have excellent technical, planning, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate others, and demonstrate a commitment to personal development, and dedication and enthusiasm for our long-term strategy.
