Dealing with customers throughout the UK & Ireland via email and telephone. Be able to advise the correct product based on application/use. Adhere to all health and safety regulations placed onsite. Assisting with technical/troubleshooting problems. Use of hand tools & power tools on a daily basis. Liaise with our departments, identifying opportunities or sharing appropriate information promptly and effectively. Using internal stock control system to support both customers and other departments. The Ideal Person: Candidates coming from a similar industry with practical knowledge and experience with in a similar product range is preferred. Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience working with power products, small engine electrical machinery and power product accessories.
