We are seeking an experienced Area Cleaning Manager to cover a portfolio of sites in the Surrey and SW London areas. The successful candidate will manage and uphold high-quality cleaning services, ensuring client satisfaction across assigned contracts. Key responsibilities include selecting, training, supervising, and motivating team members while fostering positive relationships with all customers in the designated area. £35,000 per year Company vehicle provided 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Assist Operations Director in start up procedures including client liaison, ordering of stores/equipment and putting in place all necessary systems. Assist with TUPE transfers. Assist with staff recruitment. Ensure that the budget is adhered to and levels of expenditure are within the set targets. Ensure that Contracts have sufficient resources. Adhere to the Company's quality management system. Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality, cost control and personnel in line with best practice management. Arrange site visits, audits & inspections regularly to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Carry out ad hoc quality management system inspections. Be responsible for the motivation, discipline, safety and general welfare of all cleaning operatives. Maintain regular and direct contact with key personnel. What are we looking for? Experience in cleaning management over a large number of sites. Full UK Manual Driving Licence. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps). Good engagement skills with clients staff and colleagues. A self-motivated, proactive and highly organised individual, able to present a professional image at all times.
