Job Summary:
Crannull is a professional B2B lead generation service operating in the construction sector. We have been successfully operating for nearly 14 years, helping clients engage with prospective clients through our Business Development Executive role. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Graduate to join our dynamic team, responsible for successful lead generation for our clients.
Candidates must already live within 10 miles of the local area to be considered.

The role:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects on behalf of our clients.
2. Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided leads or cold-calling techniques.
3. Present products or services from our client to prospects over the phone.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships through active listening and effective communication.
5. Identify and understand the prospects' needs; provide appropriate solutions, and overcome objections.
6. Follow a structured sales process, including accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in the in-house system.
7. Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to help keep our client ahead of the curve.
8. Assist in providing information on progress to populate client reports.
9. Provide insights for client reports and meetings.
What are we looking for?
1. Graduate with a degree qualification.
2. Some experience or interest in business development or sales.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making over the telephone.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
7. Proficiency in using various software tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and in-house systems.
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
