We are excited to be working exclusively with a brand new client in the Skipton area who is looking for a Finance Assistant on a full-time basis (2pm finish every Friday). The ideal candidate must have a great sense of humour, be a good team worker, able to work well under pressure, and have previous finance experience. The duties are listed below:
1. Preparing weekly supplier payment runs
2. Uploading invoices onto Paperless system
3. Sending signed off invoices to Director on Paperless
4. Checking statements at month end
5. Checking off purchase orders
6. Marking off Payments from customers
7. Sending statements
8. Creating invoices
9. Helping Financial Controller where needed
