Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning civil engineering and building company in Northampton. Role Description:
As a Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor, you will work in a fast-paced, agile environment alongside the production team, ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region. You will be office based with site visits within the South Midlands region and will join a strong and established team of Quantity Surveyors. You will have exposure to the full project life cycle, managing all commercial aspects of the projects while maintaining the company’s strong reputation.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCSEs Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working on residential groundwork schemes
- General knowledge of contractual terms within construction
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in Excel
