As part of our exciting growth strategy, we're looking for passionate and driven candidates to join our dynamic Contact Centre team! If you're motivated, efficient, and have a proven background in a contact/call centre environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Purpose:
Your role will involve engaging with customers through inbound calls, emails, and live chat, converting enquiries into sales appointments while delivering exceptional service at every step.

If you're enthusiastic, positive, and experienced in a high-volume, multi-channel contact centre, this is the perfect opportunity. You'll be able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly with customers, and contribute to a motivated and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond professionally to all customer communication to ensure a high-quality service.
2. Accurately input customer details into our IT systems and complete all related administration.
3. Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
4. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, timekeeping, and attendance.
What We Offer:
1. Competitive salary of £24,000 per annum.
2. 40 hours per week over five days, including weekends (overtime available but not guaranteed).
3. 28 days holiday per year, company pension scheme, and healthcare plan.
