THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Client Manager to join their Business Travel team.
Client Manager key responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse customer portfolio.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective client management practices.
3. Build enduring relationships across customer organisations.
4. Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and provide feedback for improvements.
5. Plan and develop partnership plans to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
6. Facilitate smooth transition to new contracts and frameworks, including site testing and planning.
7. Review travel patterns and recommend policy changes for optimal value.
8. Conduct booker training and engagement sessions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Analyse customer data to identify saving opportunities and ROI.
10. Provide feedback, support, and customer insights to the Client Services management function.
11. Stay updated on travel industry news, market intelligence, and competitor activity for strategic input.
12. Conduct regular meetings and communication to build strong relationships and implement action plans.
13. Participate in monthly team meetings, providing a strategic overview of clients and identifying risks and opportunities.
14. Keep Lead Client Manager and Head of Client Services informed on client updates, opportunities, and outcomes.
15. Retain and develop business opportunities.
THE PERSON
Client Manager key experience, skills and qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years experience within Travel industry Account Management.
2. Previous experience managing multiple projects.
3. Proven ability to collaborate with a variety of clients and stakeholders.
4. Excellent focus on client relationships.
5. Passionate about business growth.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication.
7. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
