Job Purpose: As the Head of Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to help the team to plan, activate, and manage multiple marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your strategic efforts will focus on strengthening brand credibility, increasing visibility, and driving demand for several accreditation products.
Role responsibilities:
* Define audience segments and ensure product positioning, and value propositions resonate with our audience.
* Working in tandem with the commercial and research teams, enhance our go-to-market strategy to improve market penetration and engagement.
* Support the delivery of £2m in content marketing revenue. Be comfortable interfacing with commercial clients and confident in speaking across a range of digital channels, including email, paid media and social media.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure they are deployed to maximum efficiency
* Prepare and deliver targeted email campaigns with high-quality content and effective audience segmentation.
* Regularly present results and learnings to commercial stakeholders
* Utilise Pardot and Stripo to produce customizable email templates for improved efficiency.
* Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of landing pages.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Sales, Product Directors, Researchers, and the wider Marketing Team.
Role requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including managing awards and/or research/accreditation programs.
* Strong experience in managing marketing teams
* Strong understanding of B2B lead generation best practices across digital channels.
* Proficiency in marketing tools such as Pardot, Sprinklr, Stripo, and Canva.
* Extensive experience in social media marketing.
* Ability to manage and activate paid campaigns (social and search).
* Knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Previous experience working closely with sales teams.
* Familiarity with Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
* IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel.
