Key responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase invoices and entering onto the SAP system
2. Processing sales invoices and uploading to the SAP system
3. Maintaining the SAP supplier and customer databases to ensure they are up to date
4. Credit control - monitoring and chasing
5. Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving queries
6. Reconciling bank statements
7. Responding to requests and queries
8. Ad hoc tasks
What they're looking for:
9. Previous experience working within a finance function
10. Good IT skills including Excel
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Punctual completion of month end tasks
13. Experience with SAP would be an advantage but is not essential
