Role overview:
Join WM Reply as a Graduate Microsoft 365 Consultant and help organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and OneDrive. You’ll work with enterprise clients to design, build, and implement custom solutions, improving collaboration and employee experience across industries. With a focus on learning and innovation, you’ll develop deep expertise in Microsoft 365 while contributing to impactful projects that transform businesses.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and test Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot, Teams, Viva, and OneDrive, tailored to meet the specific needs of enterprise clients.
* Gain a thorough understanding of SharePoint's full capabilities and apply this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that enhance collaboration.
* Establish strong client relationships by gathering requirements, understanding business needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Microsoft 365 technologies.
* Provide expert guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of Microsoft 365 tools and improve their employee experience.
* Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices to offer cutting-edge solutions.

* You have a 2:1 degree in an IT/business-based subject.

* Influencing and leadership skills as you’ll be expected to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners daily.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Some work experience is beneficial - a placement year or internship.
