Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Construction Co-ordinator to join our Pre-enablement - Support team in Oldbury.

The Construction Coordinator will provide a support service to a specialist team to ensure all queries are resolved within a timely and effective manner. They will be responsible for a specific set of tasks and preferably good working knowledge of the civil engineering and/or the cable industry.
What will you be doing?
As a Construction Co-ordinator, your core responsibilities will be:
* Responsible for sending construction work plans to teams on site.
* Understanding and supporting permits.
* Submitting applications for parking bays or bus lanes.
* Knowledge of BT portal to submit PIA Whereabouts.
* Acting as an interface for the field team.
* Receive and review daily workload on the Internal System (training given).
* Act as an interface with the customer to provide timely and accurate updates.
* Management of trackers as required.
* Provide timely accurate reports upon request.
* Attention to fine detail, data entry and data capture.
* This list is not exhaustive and reasonable requests may be asked of the job holder as required.
