You will need to be passionate about patient care and customer service. This role will support and provide day to day line management of staff.
You will support patients with booking appointments. Ensuring all clinic outcomes are recorded in an efficient and timely manner, notifying G.P.s and/or other referrers into the service of patient D.N.A.s (did not attends). You will retrieve and prepare clinic letters, ensuring relevant patient documentation is available for some outpatient clinics.
You should possess previous experience working in a customer facing environment preferably within the NHS, possess basic keyboard skills, good organisational and excellent communication skills.
This is full time fixed term/secondment post until 31/12/2025
Your main duties will be registering patients on to our Trust IT systems ensuring the accurate and timely inputting of information.
In this role you will be responsible for arranging appointments with patients and will therefore spend a large amount of time speaking with patients and negotiating appointments.
You will manage electronic referrals as per trust policy
