Global Services (GS) provides payroll and HR solutions for international organisations active in multiple countries. Your key responsibilities
* Representing implementation in the pre-sales process, monitor capacity planning and assignment of resources on projects, validation of scope, revenue and project timelines
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, SD Worx countries, SD Worx internal departments and partners
* Represent SDWorx implementation in project steering committees and act as an escalation point when needed
* Live by the SDWorx values and act as a role model towards the team
* Be an ambassador for the project methodology within and outside SD Worx
* Governance of invoices and change requests
* Advice senior leadership on strategic improvements
* Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance on projects, relating to time spend, scope and budget
* Follow up of your department costs and revenue
* Develop and optimize processes, systems, tools, knowledge
* Leading a team that are managing various and complex projects in a multi-vendor environment where you ensure good monitoring of scope, budget and timing;
* Manage team staffing
* Manage and follow up day to day implementation progress for multiple projects
* Create a positive and collaborative environment with quality and client experience as key points
* Discover training needs and provide coaching to your team, answer team member questions, help with problems, identify challenges, and facilitate continuous improvement
* Set team goals, monitor progress and conduct annual performance review
* Oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance
* Conduct team meetings to update team members on best practices and continuing expectations
What do you have to offer?
* You have experience in the roll-out of various international projects HR & Payroll services industry;
* You have experience with people and change management;
* You have experience with project methodology for implementation processes in HR and Payroll. Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Dayforce is an advantage;
* You have at least 5 years’ experience in leading an international senior team;
* You have strong leadership and people skills;
* You are a forceful communicator and have the necessary persuasiveness;
* You are professional, organisational and results-oriented;
* You are commercially-minded and customer-friendly;
* You are fluent in English. Dutch or another language is an advantage.
* You are flexible, also with regard to travelling internationally
