Project Coordinator
Location: Fareham
Salary: Up to £32,000 P/A + Fantastic benefits!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Fareham that are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join the business at this busy and demanding time. Our client provides a number of specialist services to customers and is growing considerably due to their success.
As a Project Coordinator, your key duties will include:
1. Being responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations and performing administrative duties.
2. Manage phone calls with a professional manner.
3. Providing executive-level assistance as needed.
4. Handling clerical tasks and ensuring effective internal communication within the company.
5. Actively coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.
6. Monitor work progress and maintain effective communication with engineers throughout the day.
7. Ensure all necessary parts and resources are available at the office as required.
The ideal Project Coordinator will have/be:
1. Experience in administrative and executive support
2. Strong phone and communication skills
3. Good at organizing and managing office tasks
4. Organized and able to manage diaries to optimize time and resource allocation.
5. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Detail-oriented and accurate
7. Previous experience preferred
8. Able to work well in a team
