What’s involved?
* Dealing with and processing all enquiries for any conference and/or functions
* Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations, and amendments promptly
* Taking bookings for accommodation
* Conducting show-rounds to all potential clients
* Producing and presenting the weekly M&E forecast
* At least 2 years’ experience is required within Meeting & Events coordination with knowledge of the Opera system
