This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our solicitors and legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.\n\nThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress through Para-legal qualifications in the future to progress through the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n-General Office Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, reception duties, photocopying, and managing office supplies.\n-Document Management: Organise and maintain legal documents, both electronically and in paper form.\n-Client Interaction: Greet clients, handle inquiries, and schedule appointments.\n-Correspondence: Draft and proofread letters, emails, and other legal documents.\n-Deliveries and Pick-ups: Handle deliveries and pick-ups from the Crown or other solicitors' offices.\n-Training: Receive training in all aspects of the job to a very high standard, ensuring full transparency in processes and procedures. You will learn how to work as part of a team and/or individually in a busy office environment, customer service skills and how to use our bespoke IT systems.
