Salary £19,500- £23,500 + commission
1 in 2 Saturdays 9:30am - 1pm
My client, an award winning Estate Agent in Pudsey, is recruiting for a Lettings Consultant to join their team.
Experience is not essential but is desirable. If you do not have any Property experience, you must have strong proven face to face Sales/Customer Service skills and the ability to work to targets.
Lettings Consultant duties include:
1. Accurately registering all potential tenants and landlords on to the in-house system.
2. Matching potential tenants to properties available, encouraging them to arrange viewings.
3. Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth running of the letting process from start to finish.
4. Proactively updating all advertising and marketing material electronically and in the branch.
5. Obtaining references, conducting credit referencing searches, and ensuring all fees due from landlords and tenants are invoiced and collected.
6. Maintaining all keys and obtaining spare keys of properties.
7. Ensuring comprehensive notes are recorded and updated.
8. Prompting the company at all times.
9. Attending viewings.
