Manpower is recruiting a Property Procurement Officer on behalf of our client.
Job Title: Property Procurement Officer
Location: Reading / Berkshire
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
We are seeking a Property Procurement Officer to manage property sourcing and procurement, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. This role involves working closely with local authorities, landlords, and agents to ensure a smooth and efficient property procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Supply Management: Ensure properties meet agreed standards and supply levels through accommodation partners.
2. Stakeholder Relations: Build strong partnerships with local authorities, landlords, and stakeholders.
3. Procurement Administration: Handle procurement tasks, including record-keeping and compliance with internal and external policies.
4. Performance & Compliance: Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and ensure adherence to company and legal requirements.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with your team and line manager, providing support and training as needed.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of improvement and share best practices to optimize service delivery.
7. Health & Safety: Promote a positive health and safety culture within the team.
Requirements:
1. Experience in property procurement or related field is desirable.
2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
4. Knowledge of property-related legislation and procurement processes.
5. Full UK Driving License and own vehicle.
6. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a satisfactory DBS check in line with their job role.
