About you:
You should have excellent communication, problem solving and time management skills. You should be able to prioritise your workload effectively to meet deadlines and be comfortable in using a variety of IT systems. A knowledge of the Right to Buy and Leasehold service charge process would be advantageous.
About the role:
You will be primarily responsible for liaising with our Asset and Housing Management Teams in order to achieve an efficient turnaround of empty properties, as well as being key in shortlisting and allocating to suitable applicants. Other important duties are the timely administration of leasehold service charges and compliance with Right to Buy legislation when dealing with applications.
About the team:
This is a small team who work closely with our Asset and Housing Management Teams to achieve a quick turnaround of empty properties to suitable applicants. The team are also key to raising accurate service charge invoices for leasehold properties and the efficient processing of Right to Buy applications in accordance with legislation.
