Identify skills gaps within teams and provide targeted training. Conduct on-site, in-unit training sessions for staff. Ensure adherence to the School Food Standards (SFS). Support new business opportunities and contribute to client retention. Design and deliver engaging, fun food workshops in schools. Create new and innovative food workshop concepts.
