We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Office Team Leader to join our team based on site at Louth County Hospital, High Holme Road, Louth LN11 0EU. Please note ,this is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Working full time 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday working either 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 depending on needs of the business £13.24 Per Hour - £25,884.42 Per Annum Driving license required for this role as you will work from different sites within the Louth area About the role: This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team. You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence. To be considered for this role you will have: NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience Supervisory experience within a similar environment What we can offer you: 27 days annual leave 8 days bank holiday.
