DP World is hiring a Business Support Administrator to join our rapidly growing team in the Minworth area of Birmingham. The Business Support Admin will provide comprehensive support to the site, focusing on inventory management, data preparation, and front-of-house responsibilities. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality service to our customers.
How you will contribute
* Maintain and prepare ERF requests while managing tracker reports.
* Oversee the business banked hours process, including creating stand-down/stand-up notices, conducting briefings, and tracking hours in line with process guidelines.
* Prepare and facilitate MBR/QBR governance and S&OP meetings, including managing action trackers.
* Manage local vendors and consumable orders.
* Act as the central point of contact for all business data and reporting transactions.
* Compile weekly and monthly plant scorecard data and govern review schedules.
* Collect and prepare plant roll call data weekly/monthly and provide inputs for month-end P&L data.
* Handle SAP invoice administration, including MIR5 reporting and GR order management.
* Monitor and report on the performance of contractual and service providers against defined KPIs.
* Greet visitors and provide site tours.
* Collect and manage small deliveries for the site.
* Perform additional duties as assigned

* Preferred: Degree-level education.
* Proficient in written and spoken English, ensuring effective and proactive communication.
* Minimum GCSE grade C in Mathematics.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Ability to handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
* Strong personal confidence, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
