What we do:
Global Client Support covers all Treasury Services' clients globally and is the umbrella where both the Onboarding and Servicing teams sit under.
This role is under Global Onboarding, that has teams spread across the globe, working primarily alongside our Relationship Management, Business Development and Product Management teams to implement any new business wins.
There are several teams under this area who perform new KYC/AML checks, provide an implementation service for all clients, provide an implementation service for complex and technical implementation setups and a Project Management Office who support more complex and high-priority new business wins.
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Implementations, Lead Analyst to join our Global Client Support Treasury Services team. This role is located in Manchester and is Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Work closely with our clients as well as our Relationship Management, Business Development and Product Management teams to define new business wins.
2. Project manage client implementations for standard products, services and platforms.
3. Manages the implementation and set-up of standard new business initiatives prior to handing them off to the BAU team.
4. Project manages internal BNY Mellon teams by executing project plan assignments and coordinating completion of work with other areas of the bank that have project responsibilities.
5. May work with cross-functional teams to support clients on an ongoing basis, and works with internal utilities, such as tax and document management, to set up treasury accounts, electronic banking services and products.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
2. Several years of total work experience preferred with experience in client-facing or project management roles.
