Aspire Jobs are working with a growing distribution and logistics company who have substantial plans for further growth. They offer end-to-end Fulfilment services for growing and ambitious brands.
They now need an experienced Marketing Executive/Manager to join them. With at least 5 years generalist marketing experience you will be forward-thinking, a real go-getter who is flexible in their approach to work and who can think for themselves.
The Marketing role will see you working for 2 different businesses within the group – the fulfilment business and a SaaS provider.
Requirements for the Marketing Executive:
* Organised, with meticulous attention to detail - you can prioritise and manage projects to meet deadlines.
* Process-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality service.
* Happy to be ‘brand police’ on all marketing, sales and other assets.
* Proficient with project planning, Microsoft Office, and using Excel for budgeting.
* Love data and can produce useful, focused reports and track performance of campaigns.
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot ideally).
* Min 5 years of relevant, multi-disciplinary marketing experience.
* Proficiency with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong writing and editing skills with previous content/copywriting experience and spot on proofreading.
Job Description
Responsibilities of a Marketing Executive:
* Develop and manage project plans which are in line with marketing goals and objectives for the business.
* Produce reports on campaign and data activity.
* Close collaboration with teams internally and agencies externally to ensure brand consistency.
* Careful management of the content calendar to ensure optimisation across multiple channels.
* Collaboration with external agencies in the planning, execution and management of marketing activities across campaigns.
* Organisation and attendance of events.
* Budgeting planning and management.
