Job Description
Our Client is a main car dealership looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy department.
The role is to work in the Aftersales department to support the front-line team.
Service Administrator Role
1. Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
2. Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointments
3. Preparing retail invoices for customers, service history updates etc
4. Updating vehicle and customer records
5. Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
6. General administrative duties / filing as required
About you
7. Ideally you will have experience in a similar position, within the motor trade and preferably with Kerridge computer system knowledge.
8. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and wanting to deliver your best. The role requires someone who has strong selling skills, as you will be required to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
9. You will need excellent communication and telephone skills
