We're recruiting an ambitious Chef to create exceptional food experiences for 14Forty on a part-time basis, 16 hours a week.
Your key responsibilities:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes
* Identifying opportunities to improve food services
* Listening and acting on customer feedback
* Supporting new menu creation and food concepts
* Representing 14Forty and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories and kitchen cleaning responsibilities
* Complying with food handling, hygiene, and health regulations
Our ideal Chef:
* Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Experience supervising a team
* Experience in a similar Chef role
* Food Hygiene certificate
* Flexible approach to working
