We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic environment. The Manager will be responsible for guiding the kitchen staff, managing food preparation processes, and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
Duties
* Lead and manage the kitchen team and bar staff to ensure efficient food production and preparation.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in cooking, food preparation, and safety practices.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a managerial role within food production, hotel management, or bartending is preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

* Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business needs.
