The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join the school's dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is an ongoing role starting in January 2025. The successful TA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
1-1 TA - Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons.
• Providing one-on-one support to a student with special needs.
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
• Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required.
About You:
• TA experience.
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passionate about supporting student learning and development.
