Our client, a renowned talent management agency, is seeking an Agent's Assistant to support a Company Director working with talent across the entertainment industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating the Director's time management to support a range of clients and associated administration.
2. Handling diaries for high-profile clients and the Company Director.
3. Managing day-to-day logistics.
4. Coordinating client logistics with agencies and partners.
5. Assisting with corporate events and brand partnerships.
6. Attending events and shoots with clients occasionally.
7. Using the internal forecasting system to track broadcasts, paid activities, and partnerships.
8. Ensuring clients can easily obtain documents such as contracts.
9. Managing end-to-end brand deals including contracts.
10. Preparing concise client briefs that guide clients through content creation.
11. Sourcing and distributing clear meeting notes.
12. Updating client biographies and statistics on the company website and media cards.
13. Raising invoices.
14. Providing support to the company as needed.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a similar role.
2. Able to build relationships and work independently without supervision.
3. Desire to progress to an Agent role.
4. Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
5. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
6. Genuine interest in the entertainment industry and digital trends.
7. Able to meet deadlines using efficient work approaches.
8. Good administration skills.
9. Understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
10. Professional manner.
