About the role
In this role, you’ll provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions to help people overcome the challenges they face with completing everyday tasks or activities.
You’ll work with the wider Care Team and Clinical Team to create person-centred care plans, support people to achieve their goals and evaluate their outcomes.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. being responsible for a clinical caseload
2. working alongside the people we support, their loved ones and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions
3. leading and collaborating closely with the Therapy Team (Junior Physiotherapists, Junior Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants in your homes
4. carrying out assessments
5. maintaining accurate records for people receiving occupational therapy
6. promoting choice, dignity and independence.

To apply for this role, you must have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered.
