* Supervising a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring performance meets KPIs.
* Coordinating daily workloads, including picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
* Monitoring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
* Driving productivity in a time-sensitive and high-pressure environment.
* Training, mentoring, and motivating team members to excel in their roles.
* Reporting to senior management with updates on operational progress and challenges.
