THE ROLE:
The appointed solicitor will manage a diverse caseload of commercial and real estate matters, including, acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects. You will be delivering expert legal advice to an exceptional standard, putting client care at the forefront of what you do.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years PQE in handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. You will be seeking a friendly and supportive working environment within which you can continue to build your career. You will take pride in developing exceptional client relationships and in delivering excellence.
It is envisaged that the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be based within the local market or relocating to the area. An interest in networking to build the firm's brand within the buoyant local market would be advantageous.
