Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Foyle are looking for Admin Officers to join their team
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Rate of pay: £12.59 per hour
Start Date: 9th December
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Foyle Street- Derry
Hybrid working will be offered after 4-6 months
Main duties:
Telephony Duties: Bereavement Service, State Pension and Pension Credit - Telephony duties can range from 100% to 50% of an officer’s time of the telephone. This work can involve completing new benefit applications, answering general enquiries or completing details of reported deaths to the bereavement service. Processing Benefit: Pension Centre delivers the following benefits: State Pension, Pension Credit, Bereavement Support Payment, Funeral Expense Payment, Child Funeral Fund and Widowed Parents Allowance. This work involves accessing departmental computer systems to process, pay and maintain benefit applications.
Essential Criteria:
* 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths & English (We will require proof at time of application)
