HR Assistant
* £416 - £450 per week, PLUS weekly holiday pay & AMAZING Office Angels benefits
* 8.30am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (30-minute lunch)
* Kings Heath (Birmingham)
* Contract Duration: 2.5 months
* Start Date: Week commencing 21st October 2024
As the HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of day-to-day enquiries with regards to HR/payroll matters. In addition, you will take care of monitoring and recording staff absence, organising staff meetings, occupational health checks, issuing contracts / offer letters, liaising with payroll provider and general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, dedicated, approachable, flexible and who displays excellent communication skills. The role requires working at pace and the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience within HR, the ability to work under pressure, prioritise conflicting deadlines and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
