It's a key role reporting into the Head of Marketing. THE ROLE As the Brand and Content Marketing Lead, you’ll take ownership of national campaigns and branding initiatives, shaping the company’s presence in the education sector. Your responsibilities will include: Rebranding Initiatives : Take charge of rebranding efforts for newly acquired products and legacy systems, integrating them into the main brand. Shaping Brand Strategy : Develop and execute an annual brand marketing program that enhances visibility, generates leads, and strengthens brand equity. Driving Campaigns : Lead and deliver national campaigns targeted at schools, multi-academy trusts, and local authorities, building demand for a range of innovative products. Content Leadership : Establish thought leadership through compelling content creation, from blog posts to strategic PR initiatives. Thought Leadership : Establish authority by creating high-impact content that resonates with key audiences and highlights the company’s expertise. Strategic Communications : Oversee PR and external communications, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive SaaS landscape. Strategic Partnerships : Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to refine brand positioning and communicate effectively with new markets and stakeholders. Team Leadership : Manage and support a Brand and Content Marketing Manager, fostering their professional growth and ensuring pipeline goals are met. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial acumen and thrives on collaboration and execution. You’ll ideally bring: Proven experience in B2B brand marketing or product marketing. Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and outstanding copy. Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content and establish tone of voice. Expertise in B2B brand marketing and strategic communications, ideally within SaaS or similarly complex sectors. A commercial mindset with an understanding of how branding drives demand generation. Leadership experience, with 2 years managing and mentoring team members. A data-driven approach with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating insights into impactful campaigns.
