“Find your role”
At Asda Opticians, there is nothing more important than the health and wellbeing of our customers. Our priority is to always put them first by delivering high-quality patient care and service.
A typical day involves completing eye examinations, contact lens and extended service examinations. You will work alongside our Dispensing Optician Manager to support training, coaching, and maintaining departmental standards.
Due to our extended service contracts with the NHS, we're committed to delivering a wide range of care for the treatment and monitoring of eye conditions and will support you to gain any additional accreditations needed to deliver these services.
At Asda, we are passionate about providing our Optometrists with comprehensive training to fulfill their roles and enhance their skills. We offer a fantastic CPD programme and protected time for further accreditations, funded by Asda, to meet the evolving eye care needs of our customers.
We provide full support from in-store, regional, and home office teams for all aspects of your role, whether clinical or service-based.
“Let's find out about you”

* On track to meet statutory points requirement for CPD
* Capable of delivering excellent customer experiences using your skills and passion
* Enthusiastic about developing new patient services and shaping departmental culture
