Job Description
Rural surveyor position available in Northumberland, North of England.
* Provide expert advice on rural land management matters.
* Deliver comprehensive professional advice to clients on landlord and tenant matters, valuations, and diversification projects.
* Contribute to achieving regional business plan objectives and targets.
* Enhance the firm's public profile through events and engagements.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client base.
* Maintain an up-to-date work pipeline and develop value-added services.
Requirements:
* Degree level/RICS accredited qualification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in multidisciplinary rural land management.
* Knowledge of property acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, OneDrive).
* Ability to work independently and adhere to company processes.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
