Our client is currently looking for a part-time PA / Office Manager to assist with a wide range of business operations and PA / EA duties near Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have a business background and excellent communication / PA skills.
The job will involve the following duties:
1. Providing PA support to MD, including diary management, preparation of presentations, providing admin support and documentation, such as staff letters, new starter job offers, etc.
2. You will be the first point of contact and interface for all supplier discussions, so good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
3. Responsible for ordering marketing and office goods and equipment.
4. Meeting with IT, phone providers, marketing executives, and payroll providers (alongside the MD).
5. Onboarding of new staff (including issuing equipment).
6. Involvement in running payroll.
7. Organising staff events.
8. Involved in all processes, collating and preparing data, and driving efficiencies.
9. Planning of staff training.
The ideal candidate will have business background and PA skills / experience are essential.
Hours:
Our client is able to offer between 10 - 14 hours per week across 2 days:
* 11:00am - 17:00pm (Tuesday)
* 08:30am - 13:30pm (Thursday)
* + 2 hours to be agreed
Salary:
£16.67 p/h
£32,500 p/a (pro rata)
