You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, acting as their primary contact, and represent a highly renowned firm to maximize business opportunities and build rapport.
As a member of the Rural Agency department, you'll be responsible for the entire 360-degree process, from winning new business through to sale completion and aftercare, while actively participating in the strategic operation of the agency department.
To qualify, you should have a keen interest in agency and ideally a track record in the field. MRICS-accredited chartership is preferred but not essential; ideally, candidates should have 2 years PQE or more. Experience within Rural Agency is highly desirable, and candidates must have a strong interest in working within this sector. Red Book valuer status, or the ability to obtain it, would be extremely desirable. You should be approachable and practical, with an excellent eye for detail and a hunger for success.
