Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team in ensuring the efficient operation and completion of a long-term upcoming project in the NR34 area. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of electrical schematics, logic controllers, and project management. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of safety and quality within our operations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
* Interpret and work from electrical schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers and mechanical knowledge.
