Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Lifestyle & Property Chief Operating Officer to lead and grow our exclusive Partner Model Globally. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the model by identifying, attracting, and developing top-tier talent. You will oversee the onboarding, integration, and ongoing support of Partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed within our luxury-focused company. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a passion for luxury services and properties
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent aligned with our company’s ethos and vision for growth. Personally identify and recruit industry-leading professionals to join our Partner Model.
Partner Onboarding & Integration
Ensure the seamless onboarding of new Partners, embedding them into our culture and providing the tools they need to succeed.
Leadership & Mentorship
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Partners, providing ongoing support to help them achieve both their own and the company's financial goals.
Operational Oversight
Oversee the daily operations of our luxury services, ensuring that all experiences, products, and concierge services are delivered with precision and exceed client expectations.
Client Experience Management
Manage and enhance the client journey, understanding the specific needs of our high-net-worth clients to deliver personalized, luxury experiences.
Vendor & Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and business partners, ensuring premium service quality.
Strategic Planning
Work on developing and refining operational processes that enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service.
KPI Management
Hold weekly Zoom meetings with Partners, create a collaborative and performance-driven culture, and ensure company KPIs are met.
Event & Experience Coordination
Plan and manage bespoke events, travel experiences, and high-end services for individual clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in recruiting and developing sales teams and talent acquisition in the luxury industry.
Strong leadership skills with a positive, persuasive approach and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the luxury real estate or luxury service sector is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to foster team collaboration and a high-performance culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury lifestyle services or luxury real estate.
Compensation
We offer a highly competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, with on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding £300,000 annually.
